Dr. Mary Pipher holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology and a Ph.D. in Clinical
Psychology. In addition to her clinical practice, she is the author of
seven books, three of which were New York Times bestsellers. She
has appeared on The Today Show, 20/20, The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer
and NPR’s Fresh Air and travels the world sharing her thoughts with
parents, educators and health care professionals.
